This has been a exciting week for this soon to be mama,
Had my first check up to see if i was dilated and i was scared out of my mind cause this was the first time ive ever been checked down there! Dr beck is awesome and made it very comfortable for me though so yes, i survived:) i got the good news that i am 2cm dilated and 70% effaced! WHOOOHOOO! he acted very shocked that i had progressed that much cause this is my first. So of course i start thinking yayay im gonna have him so soon, till half the people ive talked to said they walked around dilated at a 5 for 4 weeks. BOO. But in the back of my head i know i really could have him any day if he decided to arrive early, which i would LOVE;) I cant even explain how excited i am to snuggle up my little guy and give him big kisses all day long!
How far along: 37 weeks!
Maternity clothes: I bought one pair of pants and maybe a few shirts which I wish i would of bought more stuff to be able to wear and feel comfortable in, but i just feel like im too close to being done and im being cheap. so i just live in the same 2 shirts and work out outfit... opps
Stretch marks: unfortunatly, yes:(
Sleep: yes besides the bathroom break every 45 min.
Best moment of this week: Hearing that im dilated and effaced!
Miss anything: working out, being able to bend down without feeling like im 80 years old.
Movement: SO much movement!
Food cravings: Oddly enough, haven’t had many cravings! One thing that always does sound good though is fruit!!
Anything making you queasy or sick: nope!
Have you started to show yet: Duh
Gender: Boy!!
Labor signs: Still just the Braxton Hicks. And a little bit of back pain which im complaining about.. looks like im gonna be in real shock when the real stuff starts;)
Belly button in or out: out haha i think it looks so funny and austin likes to make fun of it
Happy or moody most of the time: I dont feel like my mood has changed at all being pregnant! Austin laughs when i say that... Soooo maybe im wrong:) but i honestly dont feel any different with my moods!
Looking forward to: Going and relaxing at my parents cabin this weekend! oh and of course, getting this cute baby out!
